The gym on the 22nd floor had amazing views and plenty of equipment. The staff were super friendly, especially during room service. It made our late-night snack feel special. However, checking in was a bit chaotic. There was a confusing payment mix-up, and it took longer than expected to sort it out. One of the staff members spoke loudly, making the situation a bit uncomfortable. Also, the room wasn’t as visually appealing as I had hoped. Despite these hiccups, the comfy bed and overall friendly service made up for some of it.

Unfortunately, I encountered a powerful scent of cleaning solution upon entering the room, which was rather off-putting at first. After leaving the window open, the smell subsided, but it highlighted a possible inconsistency in room preparation. Additionally, the HVAC system in the room had quirks. it was difficult to regulate, forcing me to set it on high nonstop to cool down effectively. Furthermore, there were some issues related to parking. the garage seemed frequently full, leaving me scrambling to find alternative options late at night.
