Spacious room and convenient location
I enjoyed my stay in a spacious double room with two double beds, which provided a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and attractions, making it easy to explore the area. However, the check-in process could be improved as I had to wait longer than expected.

Good stay, but some hiccups
We stayed one night as a fam and the parking garage was super handy. The check-in was a mess 'cause of the long lines. It was pouring rain, and there was no valet service, which was kinda annoying. The room was comfy, and we enjoyed having breakfast at the bar. Just wish check-in was smoother.

I loved the location of this Marriott. It’s close to the skywalk, making it easy to explore the area. The double room with two double beds was spacious and clean, which I really appreciated. The gym on the 22nd floor had amazing views and plenty of equipment. The staff were super friendly, especially during room service. It made our late-night snack feel special. However, checking in was a bit chaotic. There was a confusing payment mix-up, and it took longer than expected to sort it out. One of the staff members spoke loudly, making the situation a bit uncomfortable. Also, the room wasn’t as visually appealing as I had hoped. Despite these hiccups, the comfy bed and overall friendly service made up for some of it.

missingWrote a review on Jul 18poor ventilation
Unfortunately, I encountered a powerful scent of cleaning solution upon entering the room, which was rather off-putting at first. After leaving the window open, the smell subsided, but it highlighted a possible inconsistency in room preparation. Additionally, the HVAC system in the room had quirks. it was difficult to regulate, forcing me to set it on high nonstop to cool down effectively. Furthermore, there were some issues related to parking. the garage seemed frequently full, leaving me scrambling to find alternative options late at night.

The staff showed exceptional kindness, addressing a mistake with my room service order promptly. I loved the convenience of being close to the T-Mobile Center, making it easy to attend my events. However, the long check-in lines during peak hours were frustrating, especially when it was pouring rain without any valet service available. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but the parking situation could be improved.
